If you want to stay more than 5 years in Romania, you must go to the Romanian Immigration Office for the Permanent Residence.

For the EU citizens, the documents are:

- Standard application;
- Identity card or passport (valid) in original and copy;
- The registration certificate in original and copy;
- Acts and documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions laid down by the law concerning the legality and continuity of the residence, in order to obtain the right of permanent residence;
