Housing
In Croatia are many student homes, but it is not easy to get a room. You can find an apartment searching in online advertising sites, or contact some of real estate agencies. The most of prices are calculated in euros, but should be paid in kunas.

Prices are relatively low, but keep in mind that you should pay electric power, water, heating and other expenses related with living in apartment separately from rental price.

Unless you work with an apartment finder or real estate service, it can be tough to find short-term apartment rentals. Most owners want you to rent their property for a year or more.

EU citizens have equal opportunities as well as Croatian nationals in terms of buying property in Croatia.
